"I tried transferring my polices from Ohio to WV to this office. I talked with his mother multiple times and she said she would call me back each time. The only time I heard from her is when I called the office line. I have 7 policies. I live in Milton and I took my business to another State Farm agent who wanted my business. I wouldn't recommend this agency!"

Our records show that you contacted our office three times—once on January 17 and twice on January 20. At that time, it was our understanding that you were going to review the information we provided and follow up with us. Since we hadn’t heard back, we made additional attempts to reach you on January 28 and again in February, but were unfortunately unable to connect. I sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused. Providing excellent customer service is very important to us, and we’re committed to resolving any outstanding concerns. "Jordan is the bomb!!! Literally spent 2 hours on the phone with me trying to sort out my insurance nightmare with another company. At the end he saved me 900 dollars a month!!!! 900!!!! And got me better coverage on my house ...did I say 900 dollars month 100% recommend!!! 10 stars if that was an option. We now have state farm auto home and boat insurance"
